Harrison Street has invested over €5.3 billion in over 21,000 student housing beds, over 6,100 specialty residential units and 2.3 million square feet of life sciences throughout Europe.Incepted in August 2021, Harrison Street’s alternative real estate investment strategy will provide investment in stabilized, cash-flow producing real estate with demographic-driven demand across Canada.

Infrastructure Strategy

Targeting mission-critical assets spanning digital, utilities, power, renewables, and social infrastructure. The Strategy will focus on highly structured assets within these segments, supported by long-term contractual arrangements which produce consistent financial performance across cycles regardless of macro-economic conditions.
