Rich serves as a credit research analyst for the Easterly ROC Municipals Team.
Prior to joining Easterly, Rich spent over twenty-five years directing all aspects of credit research for the OppenheimerFunds/Rochester team, with a major emphasis on the below-investment-grade and non-rated sectors, contributing to industry-leading long-term investment performance.
Rich received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Urban Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder.
