Phillip is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Easterly Investment Partners (EIP).
Prior to EIP, Phillip was with Snow Capital, having joined in 2010 as a member of the Operations group. In 2013, he joined the investment team as an Associate Analyst. He was promoted to the position of Director of Operations in 2016. In 2018, Phillip moved back to the investment team as an Analyst. In December 2020, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst. Phillip received his B.S. in Finance with an Economics minor from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2011. Phillip is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
